1. Chúng tôi là ai

Xoài Review Film (“Xoài”, “chúng tôi”) là kênh review và tóm tắt phim bằng tiếng Việt. Để sản xuất video, chúng tôi sử dụng một công cụ nội bộ (“Công cụ”) giúp phân tích phim, viết kịch bản, lồng tiếng, dựng video và đăng video lên tài khoản TikTok và kênh YouTube của chính kênh. Video được phát hành trên TikTok và YouTube (@xoaireviewfilm).

Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu nào được xử lý khi bạn truy cập website này và khi Công cụ kết nối với TikTok hoặc tài khoản Google/YouTube, chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu đó như thế nào và bạn có những lựa chọn gì.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng

  • Website này và các trang con của nó.
  • Công cụ khi được kết nối với tài khoản TikTok thông qua TikTok Login Kit và TikTok Content Posting API. Phần đăng lên TikTok là một trang web nội bộ tại /tiktok/ trên website này, được bảo vệ bằng mật khẩu của người vận hành.
  • Công cụ khi được kết nối với tài khoản Google thông qua Google OAuth 2.0 và YouTube Data API.
Công cụ chỉ được người vận hành Xoài Review Film sử dụng để đăng lên tài khoản TikTok và kênh YouTube của chính kênh. Chúng tôi không cung cấp Công cụ cho người dùng bên ngoài và không truy cập tài khoản TikTok hay Google của người xem.

3. Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý

3.1. Khi bạn truy cập website

  • Website không dùng cookie theo dõi, không dùng công cụ phân tích và không có biểu mẫu thu thập thông tin.
  • Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ (VI/EN) được lưu trong bộ nhớ trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage) và không được gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi.
  • Font chữ được tải từ Google Fonts; khi đó Google có thể nhận địa chỉ IP và thông tin trình duyệt của bạn theo chính sách của Google. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ website cũng có thể ghi nhật ký truy cập kỹ thuật thông thường.

3.2. Khi Công cụ kết nối với TikTok

Khi chủ tài khoản TikTok đăng nhập và cấp quyền, Công cụ nhận được:

  • Thông tin hồ sơ cơ bản (scope user.info.basic): mã định danh tài khoản (open_id), tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện.
  • Mã truy cập (access token và refresh token) do TikTok cấp, cùng thời hạn hiệu lực của chúng.
  • Trạng thái đăng bài do TikTok trả về (ví dụ: mã bài đăng, trạng thái xử lý) cho các video mà Công cụ đã tải lên.

Công cụ không truy cập tin nhắn, bình luận, danh sách người theo dõi, lượt thích, lịch sử xem hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào của người dùng TikTok khác.

3.3. Nội dung video

Video, tiêu đề, mô tả, hashtag và thumbnail do Công cụ tạo ra được gửi lên TikTok và YouTube khi người vận hành chọn đăng. Nội dung phim nguồn được xử lý trên máy tính của người vận hành; việc nhận dạng giọng nói và lồng tiếng chạy cục bộ. Để viết kịch bản, phần lời thoại phim đã chép ra và ghi chú cảnh được gửi tới dịch vụ AI Claude của Anthropic. Dữ liệu này là nội dung phim, không chứa thông tin cá nhân của người dùng TikTok hay Google.

3.4. Khi Công cụ kết nối với Google / YouTube

Khi chủ kênh đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google và cấp quyền, Công cụ nhận được:

  • Thông tin tài khoản Google cơ bản (scope openid, email, profile): mã định danh tài khoản, địa chỉ email, tên và ảnh đại diện.
  • Quyền quản lý kênh YouTube (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube): thông tin kênh (mã kênh, tên kênh, ảnh kênh); thông tin của các video và danh sách phát trên kênh (mã video, tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ, thumbnail, chế độ hiển thị, trạng thái xử lý) cần thiết để tải video lên, chỉnh sửa thông tin video và sắp xếp video vào danh sách phát.
  • Mã truy cập (access token và refresh token) do Google cấp, cùng thời hạn hiệu lực của chúng.

Công cụ không đọc bình luận, danh sách người đăng ký, tin nhắn, lịch sử xem, Gmail, Google Drive, danh bạ hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào của người dùng Google/YouTube khác. Khi bạn xem video trên YouTube, dữ liệu của bạn do Google xử lý theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google; chúng tôi chỉ thấy số liệu thống kê tổng hợp, ẩn danh mà YouTube Studio cung cấp cho mọi chủ kênh.

4. Mục đích sử dụng

  • Xác định và hiển thị tài khoản TikTok đã kết nối để người vận hành biết video sẽ được đăng lên đâu.
  • Tải video lên và đăng video lên tài khoản đó theo yêu cầu của người vận hành.
  • Theo dõi trạng thái xử lý của video sau khi tải lên.
  • Xác định và hiển thị tài khoản Google và kênh YouTube đã kết nối để người vận hành biết video sẽ được đăng lên đâu.
  • Tải video đã duyệt lên kênh YouTube; đặt tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ, thumbnail và chế độ hiển thị; thêm các phần của phim bộ vào danh sách phát của kênh.

Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu TikTok hay Google cho quảng cáo, không lập hồ sơ người dùng và không bán dữ liệu cho bất kỳ ai.

4.1. Dữ liệu người dùng Google

Việc Xoài Review Film sử dụng và chuyển giao cho bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác thông tin nhận được từ Google API sẽ tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
  • Dữ liệu nhận từ Google chỉ được dùng để cung cấp các chức năng nêu trên, hiển thị rõ cho người dùng trong Công cụ.
  • Dữ liệu này không được chuyển cho bên thứ ba, trừ khi cần để cung cấp các chức năng đó, khi pháp luật yêu cầu, hoặc khi có sự đồng ý rõ ràng của chủ tài khoản.
  • Dữ liệu này không được dùng cho quảng cáo, không bán, không dùng để đánh giá tín dụng và không được dùng để phát triển, cải thiện hay huấn luyện các mô hình AI/học máy tổng quát. Dữ liệu người dùng Google không được gửi tới Anthropic hay bất kỳ dịch vụ AI nào.
  • Không ai đọc dữ liệu này, trừ khi chủ tài khoản đồng ý, khi cần cho mục đích bảo mật (ví dụ điều tra lạm dụng), hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Lưu trữ & bảo mật

Mã truy cập TikTok được giữ trong phiên làm việc (session) phía máy chủ của website, chỉ mở được sau khi người vận hành đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu, và bị xoá khi người vận hành ngắt kết nối, đăng xuất hoặc khi phiên hết hạn. Video tải lên qua trang đăng bài chỉ đi qua máy chủ của chúng tôi để chuyển tiếp sang TikTok và bị xoá ngay khi yêu cầu kết thúc. Thông tin tài khoản và mã truy cập Google được lưu trong tệp cấu hình trên máy tính của người vận hành, không được tải lên máy chủ hay dịch vụ lưu trữ đám mây của bên thứ ba. Máy tính được bảo vệ bằng mật khẩu và chỉ người vận hành có quyền truy cập. Mọi kết nối tới TikTok và Google đều dùng HTTPS.

Không có biện pháp nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi chỉ lưu những gì cần thiết và sẽ thu hồi mã truy cập ngay khi nghi ngờ bị lộ.

7. Thời gian lưu giữ

  • Mã truy cập được giữ cho đến khi hết hạn theo quy định của TikTok hoặc Google, khi quyền bị thu hồi, hoặc khi tài khoản bị ngắt kết nối khỏi Công cụ — tuỳ điều kiện nào đến trước.
  • Khi ngắt kết nối, chúng tôi xoá mã truy cập và thông tin hồ sơ đã lưu.
  • Video đã đăng tồn tại trên TikTok hoặc YouTube cho đến khi bị xoá khỏi nền tảng đó.

8. Quyền của bạn

  • Thu hồi quyền truy cập: trong ứng dụng TikTok, vào Hồ sơ → Menu → Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư → Bảo mật → Ứng dụng và dịch vụ (tên mục có thể khác theo phiên bản) và gỡ ứng dụng của chúng tôi. Với Google, truy cập myaccount.google.com/permissions và xoá quyền truy cập của Xoài Review Film; Công cụ sẽ xoá mã truy cập đã lưu khi phát hiện quyền bị thu hồi.
  • Yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xoá dữ liệu: gửi email cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ ở mục 11; chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.
  • Yêu cầu gỡ nội dung: nếu bạn cho rằng một video vi phạm quyền của bạn, xem mục Bản quyền trong Điều khoản dịch vụ.

9. Trẻ em

Website và Công cụ không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” ở đầu trang. Nếu thay đổi mở rộng phạm vi dữ liệu xử lý, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo rõ trên website trước khi áp dụng.

1. Who we are

Xoài Review Film (“Xoài”, “we”, “us”) is a Vietnamese-language movie review and recap channel. To produce videos we use an in-house tool (the “Tool”) that analyses films, drafts scripts, generates voice-over, edits videos and posts them to the channel’s own TikTok account and YouTube channel. Videos are published on TikTok and YouTube (@xoaireviewfilm).

This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website and when the Tool connects to TikTok or a Google/YouTube account, how we use that data, and the choices you have.

2. Scope

  • This website and its pages.
  • The Tool when connected to a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. TikTok posting runs on an internal web page at /tiktok/ on this website, protected by the operator’s password.
  • The Tool when connected to a Google account through Google OAuth 2.0 and the YouTube Data API.
The Tool is used only by the Xoài Review Film operator to post to the channel’s own TikTok account and YouTube channel. We do not offer the Tool to outside users and we do not access viewers’ TikTok or Google accounts.

3. Data we process

3.1. When you visit the website

  • The website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no data-collection forms.
  • Your language choice (VI/EN) is stored in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to us.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical access logs.

3.2. When the Tool connects to TikTok

When the TikTok account owner signs in and grants permission, the Tool receives:

  • Basic profile information (scope user.info.basic): the account identifier (open_id), display name and avatar.
  • Access credentials (access token and refresh token) issued by TikTok, and their expiry times.
  • Post status returned by TikTok (for example a publish ID and processing status) for videos the Tool uploaded.

The Tool does not access direct messages, comments, follower lists, likes, watch history or any data belonging to other TikTok users.

3.3. Video content

Videos, titles, descriptions, hashtags and thumbnails created by the Tool are sent to TikTok and YouTube when the operator chooses to post them. Source films are processed on the operator’s computer; speech recognition and voice-over run locally. To draft scripts, the transcribed film dialogue and scene notes are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI service. This is film content and contains no personal data of TikTok or Google users.

3.4. When the Tool connects to Google / YouTube

When the channel owner signs in with a Google account and grants permission, the Tool receives:

  • Basic Google account information (scopes openid, email, profile): the account identifier, email address, name and profile picture.
  • YouTube channel management access (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube): channel information (channel ID, name, channel image) and information about the channel’s videos and playlists (video ID, title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status, processing status) needed to upload videos, edit video details and organise videos into playlists.
  • Access credentials (access token and refresh token) issued by Google, and their expiry times.

The Tool does not read comments, subscriber lists, messages, watch history, Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any data belonging to other Google/YouTube users. When you watch our videos on YouTube, your data is handled by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy; we only see the aggregated, anonymous statistics YouTube Studio provides to every channel owner.

4. How we use data

  • To identify and display the connected TikTok account so the operator knows where videos will be posted.
  • To upload and publish videos to that account at the operator’s request.
  • To check the processing status of uploaded videos.
  • To identify and display the connected Google account and YouTube channel so the operator knows where videos will be posted.
  • To upload approved videos to the YouTube channel; set title, description, tags, thumbnail and privacy status; and add the parts of a series to the channel’s playlists.

We do not use TikTok or Google data for advertising, we do not build user profiles and we never sell data to anyone.

4.1. Google user data

Xoài Review Film's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Data received from Google is used only to provide the user-facing features described above, which are visible in the Tool.
  • It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or with the account owner’s explicit consent.
  • It is not used for advertising, sold, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to develop, improve or train generalised AI/machine-learning models. Google user data is never sent to Anthropic or any other AI service.
  • No human reads this data unless the account owner agrees, it is needed for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or the law requires it.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed with:

  • TikTok — to authenticate and post videos, under TikTok’s Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic — receives film dialogue and scene notes to draft scripts; it receives no TikTok or Google account data.
  • Google / YouTube — to authenticate and publish videos to the YouTube channel through YouTube API Services, under YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Authorities — when required by law.

6. Storage & security

TikTok access credentials are kept in a server-side session on this website, which only opens after the operator signs in with a password, and are deleted when the operator disconnects, signs out or the session ends. Videos uploaded through the posting page pass through our server only to be forwarded to TikTok and are deleted as soon as the request finishes. Google account information and access credentials are stored in a configuration file on the operator’s computer and are not uploaded to any server or third-party cloud storage. The computer is password-protected and only the operator has access. All connections to TikTok and Google use HTTPS.

No method is perfectly secure, but we keep only what is necessary and will revoke credentials immediately if we suspect they have been exposed.

7. Retention

  • Credentials are kept until they expire under TikTok’s or Google’s rules, until access is revoked, or until the account is disconnected from the Tool — whichever comes first.
  • When an account is disconnected we delete the stored credentials and profile information.
  • Posted videos remain on TikTok or YouTube until they are deleted from that platform.

8. Your rights

  • Revoke access: in the TikTok app go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (labels may vary by version) and remove our app. For Google, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Xoài Review Film’s access; the Tool deletes the stored credentials once it detects that access has been revoked.
  • Access or deletion requests: email us at the address in section 11; we respond within 30 days.
  • Content removal: if you believe a video infringes your rights, see the Copyright section of our Terms of Service.

9. Children

The website and the Tool are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If a change expands the data we process, we will say so clearly on the website before it takes effect.
